Description
Water-based glue and varnish in one for decoupage technique. Dries to a silky shine. Spreads easily and evenly. Use under and over rice paper or napkins. Soak normal paper in water before gluing. Always spread the glue varnish on top of the paper from the center to the edges, so you can remove air bubbles.
