Pentart products are top shelf media imported from Europe
Oil to use for fluid painting technique. Gently stir a few drops of the silicone oil into the mixture of Pouring Medium and acrylic paint to achieve a special paint-cell effect. We can enhance the effect by running through on the poured surface with a torch.
