Decoupage

For Best Results

1. Start with a light or white-painted surface to ensure the design shows clearly through the paper’s natural transparency.
2. Apply a layer of decoupage medium to your surface, then gently place the paper. For larger areas, work in sections for better control. (We recommend Pentart Branded Decoupage medium for best results)
3. Once positioned, apply another layer of medium over the top to seal.
4. Allow the top layer to dry completely before adding additional coats of medium or varnish.
5. Avoid touching the paper while it is wet to prevent tearing or distortion.
6. Use a soft, wide, flat brush (golden taklon is recommended) for smooth application.
